hip hop and
rap history for all fans
hip-hop is
here to stay and is breaking music records
Do you know much about hip hop and rap
history because it's been around for
over 20 years now.
There are many reference websites that can tell
you all about it so this article is just an overview.
Rap music leads the the pack in the entire
culture but let's not forget that it is a culture (HipHop).
Many things make it up like clothes, graffiti,
djs, rappers and breakdancers. Many individuals gave helped it
developed to the multi-billion dollar industry and amongst the
favorites for music is nwa.
Yeah I know they are old school but I felt the
need to mention them because of the importance tey bring to the
game. Search any website including this one and their name will
be brought up under the beginning of gansta rhymes.
Afrika Bambaataa and Kool Herc to name a few raised
hip_hop from a baby to where it is today.
I like underground hip-hop but the commercial stuff is what
brings in the major dough, you know the big money. Uk hip hop
is also big and brings a different twist to the art. They sound
comical because of their accent but they are very good. As long
as they can put together words that rhyme and can pull a story
line off I'm all in. Books can't tell you all that hiphop has
done for the American economy either. West coast to east coast
it's huge and country to country it's gigantic. I like to hear
the vocab of underground artist because they are real and don't
care about trying to sell to a commercial public fan. Bands are
more popular overseas, they are not that big in the states. It
seems like the rappers here don't get along when there is more
than one getting money.
Another part of hip-hop is the producers. They
make the hot beats that legend rappers like 2Pac and Biggie
Smalls killed when they were here. That's why some new
beginning artist like to hijack those classic beats to get a
name for their self. The vocabulary they spit over these beats
cut through the music like a blade bringing life to the entire
song. Hip Hop groups all over the internet talk
about the old school rap artist and look for videos to
watch. Flava Flav is one of the favorite joints to see
because of the way he use to dance. Easy E is another due to
the fact that he is no longer with us. We still have Dr. Dre
and Ice Cube but it's not the same without Eric Wright. I'm
diverse though sometimes I can't just listen to all rap
lyrics I have to hear some RnB too. R. Kelly and Ciara are
two of my favorites. No need for a low armed task force to
come get me though I'm still a certified east coast and west
coast rapping fan. Birdman the
